Squealing noise (1 Viewer)

New here. I have a 2009 Tacoma 4x4 off road. It had the frame replaced by Toyota. It has @240,000 miles on the engine. When I start it up it makes a squealing noise for a few minutes. I have had it thoroughly checked but it seems that we cannot find the issue. Any ideas?

Check for belt slippage. Usually from a worn belt. Last time serpentine belt was replaced?

Serpentine belt was replace less than a year ago. We checked the belts and pulleys.
