idk if it was the tool or the whole thing... but i found one on ebay...

Thanks for the post but I am looking for the jack tool/spare tire tool.

My tire winch is working properly but I don't have another rod that allows you to lower the tire.

oh.... got ya... i'll keep an eye out for that.... i use a bit from my air chisle chucked in my drill to lower the tire, and a 1/2 socket in the drill for the jack... on my s10.
