Has anybody heard anything from or about Southern Style? I placed an order on March 31st and received all of the emails with my order number. I check the order status page frequently and it still shows as 'processing'. I have made phone contact with them once and they told me a 1-2 week production time. I have tried a few more times to follow up by phone and email through the website but haven't had any luck. I completely understand that everything is slower than normal with manufacturing of any kind at the moment, just curious is anybody knows any other way to get into contact with them.

best solution: be patient. Try not to forget the ENTIRE WORLD shut down. Anything NON essential was closed. This means parts manufacturing. While service shops stayed open continuing to place mass amounts of orders due to stimulus checks galore, manufacturing was shut down. This means there are piles of purchase orders ceiling high that these poor people are working through to provide you and the guy behind you's parts. in short - be patient. Parts will come. they haven't forgotten you. Don't be "THAT GUY", gx dudes are way too cool for that ;P

I think all of these shops are just very backed up at the moment. I ordered an in stock backup camera relocation kit from SSO last week and it is in the "Order packing and verification" phase still. I also ordered the 4x Innovations swing out kit a while back and it had an 8 week lead time (got it in 6.5 weeks) posted on their site, but is now showing 12+ weeks. Seems like a lot of stimulus checks are going right to these fab shops and they can only do so much to keep up with the demand.

They are extremely busy and backed up. Went by their shop not too long ago and it was nonstop welding and grinding. Like the previous posters here have stated, everything was shut down during the first part of COVID and are trying to catch up. I know it sucks, but we just have to be patient.

Update. What I ordered came in yesterday. Funny how that works out. I got the lil hitch. The finished product looks very nice.
