I am cleaning out a bunch of stuff in storage (including some cruiser parts). What I'm selling here are some lights I bought from a member of our local club. They're Sonar projectors, and I bought them to put in my 80 (which I have subsequently sold.) I remember seeing a set of them in the guy's 80 I bought these from, but when I took these out of the box for the first time this weekend to take the photo, they were much nicer / more solid than I expected. They are brand new (only one of them has been opened to take the photo below.) Angel eyes around both lights - that I hadn't decided if I'd have used or not - and LED DRLs.
The guy I bought them from did a write up when he installed them, and some of his comments were: "......I dropped the idea of the Depos since I was going to run HID's and projector lenses will perform better for this. So, I installed a set of 55w 4500K HID kits in the low and high beams. The light output is incredible and the cutoff is good. I was going to purchase a set of Hella Off Road lights and now I am having second thoughts. It is scary how much light output my 80 has when the lows and highs are on. I don't think I need aftermarket off-road ights anymore."
In any event, I paid $239 for them, and I'll take $189 + shipping for them.
1. Light and trim pieces
2. Box with unopened additional light in it
3. Lights installed in an 80. In my opinion, on a white truck, they would look much better if the trim pieces were painted with a bright silver or chrome paint. On a dark-colored truck, I don't think it would matter.
