SOLD

I bought this a couple years ago for extended trips with the family. Lately it's been just one or two of us on shorter trips and I don't need this much capacity.

It's a really nice fridge in great condition. Cleaned after every trip and stored with the lid ajar in the garage or in the truck.

Comes with the transit bag and wireless monitor. I have the AC cord for sure. I will need to check what I have for the DC cord as I think I may have cut it for a hard-wired connection.

Really looking to trade for a smaller fridge, probably the 37qt ARB or similar from a major brand (Engel, Dometic, etc), plus cash. Alternatively, I would be interested in purchasing a fridge outright, at which point I will most likely list this one for sale.

Any interest?

I have a 45 if you want to try it out and make sure it's a good size for you.

Thanks I appreciate it! I think I am ok for now but will keep it in mind.

I've had a 37QT and 50 QT ARB before this so I am pretty familiar with them. I have only had ARB fridges though, so no experience with the others.

The 37 and 50 are the same footprint, the 50 is just a little taller. I like the 37 because it seems to fit the things I need to carry, and not too deep where things get buried.

bumping this if anyone has a small fridge for sale.

Phalcon is about to have 35L dual zones. There are some preliminary pics on our website.

I ended up buying a smaller ARB fridge.

The 63qt fridge above is still available. Make offer if interested.

I'm really interested in this, however I think it *might* be too big for our small family (my fiancee and myself and our dog)

What were your issues with the size?

It is perfect for 3 or 4 people for shorter trips away from civilization, or 2 people for longer trips. This was typically our situation for the last several years. Lately it's been just me, or possibly with one kid so I really don't have a need for the extra capacity. It still works fine in that scenario, but I just wanted something a little smaller to free up space in the back for sleeping and gear.

Last time I used it was on the Maze trip with two of us for a week. It was perfect for that.

We have this same fridge and it fits nicely in my 80 and our Honda CR-V for road trips and camping. It's usually just my wife and I and we carry a six sodas, six beers, a box of wine, fruits, veggies, eggs, cheese, lunch meats, condiments, etc for a week. The size seems good to me. Fridge living is different than cooler living as well since you don't need to leave room for ice and don't need to drain it (unless something spills... In which case the removable basket makes cleanup easier). For camping a 100-200W solar panel and relatively small 20AH battery is sufficient for a night. I measured its average power consumption once cooled down to be less than 0.5Amp-Hours per hour. Ya gotta be careful when packing things around it in the car/truck to not block the air vents on either side...
