Anyone that is interested should get it from the HDC web site using Steve's link instead of the CD. I got a message today saying that the CD maps 2-5 have an error and need to be downloaded from the BLM web site. Steve can dl and update the files.

Errata
On December 9, 2008, Map 2-5 was replaced to correct a technical error that was discovered after publication of the Proposed RMP/Final EIS. If you downloaded the map before that time, please note there is a replacement map posted on this website. Some lands managed by the BLM were not shown as being associated with a limited OHV designation. This map error has been corrected to be consistent with the direction provided in the narrative in the Proposed RMP/Final EIS at pages 2-37 and 2-38 and elsewhere in the document.

How does the new map affect the old information?

In these days of economic recession, it's more important than ever to not restrict movement in the outdoors here - granted it definitely is in areas close to megalopoli, but here in NM where we have over a hundred thousand square miles and only 2 million people, they're barking up the wrong tree.

Off the top of my head... the maps on the CD were wrong but the "text" is correct. They had areas marked as off-limits but they were OK for vehicles.
