The lower one looks like the transfer skid plate for a FJ62 with an Automatic transmission.

Mine still in good shape. Over twenty five years ago bought a spare A440F and transfer case with 30K miles. Picked up the crossmember with skid plate around the same time. I have my spares here. The FJ62 is somewhere else otherwise could check to see if the other one is for what of the CATs. Can get a picture of transfer skid plate if you want to confirm?
