Good stuff:
Clean title and pink in hand. CA vehicle all its life so no rust anywhere. Motor runs strong, no mechanical issues and all electronics work. Paint and interior is in very good condition. Suspension mods include Icon 2.5 coilovers w/ CDCV front and back, Camburg UCA, Dobisons rear springs. Some other mods include WKO Sliders, Hewitt SAIS bypass system, Duracell group 31m AGM battery, ICECO JP50 freezer wired to battery, Bt45 Bluetooth adaptor. Wheels are full set of 5 SCS Ray10 Brushed Copper, Cooper ST Maxx (still has a lot of life left).
Bad Stuff:
Small paint chip on rear door driver side (shown in pics). Small paint peeled off on rear bumper. Driver side mirror cracked. Small crack around passenger ac vent on dash (shown in pics).
