Just got done yesterday installing the snorkel, nothing like drilling a 4" hole in a vehicle that has 7 miles on it!!! :meh: The instructions call for a 105mm hole, which equals 4.118, but I called ARB and the techs told me that a 4" would work fine. They were right and there was still room to play with. Unlike, when I did my 80, you can actually reach all the spots on the inside fender to put the washers and nuts on. Also, I am going to be doing many more upgrades, am I posting these in the right place, and is there any way to add more than three photos per post? I've been on mud for a little while, but still have a lot to learn...

Looks great.
Yes, they do use a smaller hole saw down at ARB headquarters than what the instructions call for.

I bought a new hole saw, but we ended up using the smaller one they had for mine.

I just did mine the other day too. Was pretty nervous about cutting up my truck myself but it turned out pretty nice.
The hardest part was using the hole saw that large (having never used one before). It didn't always cut where I wanted it too, epically when I mangled my finger. Always wear your ppe...
