Any recommendations on a good USA made one you've purchased recently?

I have the Yankum kinetic rope, 7/8”, they say they’re made in the USandA. Located in Burley ID. Has worked well the handful of times I’ve used it.

Love my Master Pull bubba rope. I use it everytime I need to pull with a vehicle. Otherwise its the winch. Only downside is it is HUGE to store in the vehicle vs the size of a flat strap.

I use THIS ONE

For flat straps I dig the ARB brand. They're well made and reasonably priced.

I just read that there is a noticeable difference in how much an elastic strap will stretch between the 20’ and 30’ options. I don’t have any personal experience so not sure if that would matter or not to yah.

That makes sense. Probably the diameter to weight too but you can’t really control that depending who gets stuck.

Note that the Yankum rope includes an anti-abrasion cover so that the strap can be used as a 2-point bridle or folded over to shorten. That could give the 30' option some additional utility.

To an extent longer is usually better. Gives you more options. Ropes can be doubled back on themselves to shorten them.

I think the stretchy Master Pull one I have is 20'

Most straps I carry are 30'
