Smoked briskets & Ribs yesterday all day at the shop while doing maintenance on Big Tex & Meanie. Unfortunately, we ate all the ribs but still have some brisket left for the pot luck. Also bringing killer chocolate BA brownies & chocolate pies. Hope we still have some before we make it down (lol). Looking forward to the Roundup & seeing K2.
