Got up early cleaned the smoker out, built a good fire of Pecan. Oak and Pear wood......
Smoking the turkey for Deb to use at work, the pork for Niki Roland's rehersal dinner, and the brisket 'cause I had an empty shelf.....

Is that a kosher Pork roast?

My smoker finally rusted out, and I've been on the hunt for a upright model like yours.. Maybe I'll just have JK make me one.

It is seasoned with Kosher Salt......

saw the picts over a that "other forum" it looks like the pork came out fantastic!

If your talking about new New Brawnfels smokers, I think they where bought out buy webber, and they are not what they used to be.
