1. SM420
2. 3speed transfer case
4. 3speed driveshaft slip yoke
7. Linkage parts

Brian, I have the SM420, I'm still checking the t-case, but I know it has the linkage parts for the 420 swap. I also have the drive shaft that you'll need. The SM420 has not been rebuilt and would need at a minimum synchro's.

You will also need an indexing ring to mount the 420 to the bell housing. I gave/sold my extra to Chef, he may still have it. There are a couple of bearings, fender washers and a roll pin you'll need as well. Whle you have everything apart get a T-case saver from Poser (on the board). If you go with the CenterForce GM clutch disk it's just under 11" and will not require any mods or "self-clearencing"(sp), basically a plug-n-play deal.

I'll PM ya with info on the parts.

I have 3spd bellhousing and maybe more parts. Do you use 3 spd or 4spd clutch??

Mike H, I would be interested in the bellhousing and maybe see what other parts you might have that I will need. PM me, or post here.

Thanks

Mike C, I PM'd you. I have started the list of all the other little things, and will try to get that all squared away. Yes, I plan on using either a GM or centerforce plate.

Adapter plate

Any recommendations on who sells the best adapter plate, or who has best price?

Thanks
