My friend built this 40 and just finished it last week. It is one of the sickest 40's I've ever seen!
His shop is in Houston and he builds some of the coolest stuff out there.

I know since December he's been preparing two rigs for the King of the Hammers race in Johnson Valley California. I'd imagine after that's all done and over it be business as usual.
It is a bummer that he hasn't called you back though.
