I've been off since 12/23, it's been the longest time off I've had in years. I've enjoyed farting around on 'Mud during this time (for the first time in a long time) and I didn't want to go back into my cocoon without giving the club a shoutout, it's been like two years since I made it out to a meeting and I haven't seen many of you guys since! Hope everyone is doing well, I hear from David Gonzalez and Jason Darling on a regular basis and some of the other folks occasionally, hope everyone is doing well and that 2009 is a great year for everyone.
I just drove from Round Rock to Boca Raton, FL and back last week, with a detour in Orlando (that's with a 4-yr old and a 2-yr old!). Little under 3,000 miles in my wife's UZJ100, that thing is the ultimate road trip vehicle. That's the extent of my Cruiser activity, sadly.
Heard that JK was headed overseas, is that still accurate? If you're still checking the board, Jason, hope you have a safe trip and see some Cruisers in your travels.
My Cruiser project advances, but very slowly...Maybe once the lift is in I'll stop by a club meeting to say hi. In the meantime, hope you guys are having fun and are able to enjoy the trails.
