Shop Recommendations

I live South of San Antonio and have been using the Toyota dealership in Victoria for service and repair on my FZJ80. Are there any good repair shops in the San Antonio area (or other) that you guys or gals would recommend? I'm pretty meticulous, so I'd like to find a shop that does good work, uses good parts (no mass-market cheap stuff), and takes care of the vehicle (nothing more aggrevating than the vehicles interior covered in grease after being worked on). Any help would be appreciated.

Dealer Alternative on Bitters Rd. for mechanical type situations and Auto Group on 281/Brook Hollow for off road type accessories and work.

I have had very good dealings with both.
