Shoe Creek 3/4

Hey guys,

Finally going to try and hit up Shoe Creek this Sunday, March 4. I've got two friends tagging along one drives a Tundra and the other an FJ Cruiser. Can someone please provide exact way to get to Shoe Creek from Springfield/Kingstowne, VA? I've googled and even searched here but all I find are positive reviews for the trail with no exact directions to it. Of course, if anyone else in our area would like to go that would be fun too.

Thanks a lot in advance. This will be our first trail experience and really looking forward to it.

It’s a lot easier to find from the top. It’s a short trail so you might have enough time to go down and double back .

If you are interested, there is a short hiking trail (about a mile??) at the top of the trail that goes to the top of Crab Tree Falls. Very cool if you have never seen it.
