I propose another meet and greet at Bessingers, Hwy17 (West Ashley) at 12:30pm.
Looking to see if there is interest since some wont be able to make it to Uwharrie to camp and offroad 2-4Dec it appears?

It would include final discussions about Oyster Roast in person....and maybe work out a calendar for 2012. Talk about any vehicle mods anyone needs help with for winter...etc.

Topics this trip will be:


1- Membership
2- Stickers, cards, etc
3- Fleece jackets
4- TShirts for Spring/Summer
5- Oyster Roast
6- Calendar of events for next year....please review this years and see what you want to keep and what you want changes. I kind of like a trip to Uwharrie in Spring....one in Summer...and one in Winter. The Summer should likely stay LOGANS RUN as that is going to be an ONSC annual event.....and we have Wintery Mix from this past weekend. The other date is open... Also if you want to make a run to Carolina Beach or elsewhere let me know so we can schedule. Also consider club cookouts 2-3 times each year with the oyster roast being an annual event....I will host a cookout at my home as well in Spring or Summer if you like. It is our club so lets have some ideas...so we can do more than drink and eat every time we meet.

If you see a Land Cruiser and make contact...make a point of following up and trying to bring them along....even if we have to do an impromptu meet and greet somewhere to get them into the fold....

Just realized my relatives will be in town for the holidays over the weekend... I thought they were coming in Saturday evening, but now they are coming in Friday evening... so I probably won't be able to make it....:frown:
 
tell them you need to go to store...swing by for a sandwich and to say hello...then get back to them 2 hours later. :) walk in with a non descript box wrapped in xmas paper and they wont ask any questions...trust me LOL
 
Yeah I'm slaving away 10-10 not sure if Jess can make it she is supposed to being girl things, like pillow fights with other females!!! But trying to convince her that making fun of each other and having some food is much better idea.
