SF bay area to San Clemente(OC) via I5

I may headed to San Clemente Oct 7th or 8th
Via Interstate 5. I was gonna take the commuter
but may have to haul a few things for a friend.
If that is the case taking truck GMC 2500

Return is in the works but sometime between the 29th oct.-2nd nov. and stuff will need to be picked up.from my house in contra costa county. unless on the way.
as I will be headed out of town again within 24hrs of return.
