Hello fellow Mudders,
I am selling my 2008 VDJ200 after 5 great years. This Cruiser is currently located in the SF Bay Area. I have had the fortune to own this vehicle since 2017 and have taken her on many road trips mostly in the west coast and the southwest. She has been a California cruiser her entire life, I purchased her from Northridge Toyota in SoCal. The previous owner resided in Southern California as well and judging from the wear and tear, they did not take her on any off roading trails, unless you consider LA gridlock off roading
I am selling her because I would like to get another FJ40(or 60) as a project car. I am not as active on the forum as I like to be, some of you know me back in 2013 when I was more active in the FJ40 forums. I purchased a FJ40 FST from spikestrip back in 2013 when I had a newborn. Who would have thought that having a 2 month old who takes time away from a project car right? (LOL). That FJ40 FST was then sold to upperblack who took her to Georgia. Really looking forward to possibly getting another 40 or another project car in the future.
This 200 series has no rust or mechanical issues.

Tires: BFGOODRICH ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2 - Installed at 148,000 miles
Have all record keeping of all maintenance at dealership.
Rear entertainment/ DVD system work great.

- 148,000 miles - Replaced Water Pump, Drive belts and thermostat
- 149,000 miles - Replace Rear brake calipers and pads
- 156,000 miles - Replaced Serpentine belt tensioner and pulley sub assembly
- 172,000 miles - Flush Automatic Transmission Fluid, Replace Transfer Case Oil, Replace front differential oil, Replace rear differential oil, Lubricate drive shaft bushing, Lubricate propeller shaft, Re-torque propeller shaft bolt, Replace spark plugs
- 187,000 miles - Replaced two front brake rotors and disk pads in 2021
- 191,000 miles - Replaced all 5 TPMS sensors and calibrated them.
