Early 40-series owners might be familiar with the “oval handled” open end wrenches with blue TEQ clip that came in their tool tools. The set offered here pre-dates those. The set, made by KTC, was included in Toyota vehicles in the early 1950’s. I have never been able to substantiate this, but I suspect this type would have been inside the first 20-series model years, and quite possibly the BJ Jeep. Wish I knew for sure.

The small TEQ logo within a circle is stamped on one of the heads on the reverse side, identifying them as very early Toyota. Comes with a KTC clip which is not original to this set. You can’t see it in the pic, but the clip is bent. Still holds the wrenches fine.

I suspect relatively few of these sets exist in the states. $200 $175 which includes shipping to the US. PayPal F&F please.

The set never did sell. Back on the market, and now including another vintage 6-piece wrench set made by KTC, the manufacturer of Toyota’s in-vehicle wrenches. $150 for both sets and still includes shipping to the US.
