Hey Dan- not a whole lot to say aside from I have always wanted a cruiser since a kid and now I finally have one. It was pretty rough when I got a hold of it 3 years ago, since then Ive torn it down, reshot it, added f/r arb, winch, 37" beadlocks. Next on the agenda is (eh'em get married) replace the current junky cage, remove the 4" lift and probably go soa/lower it and figure out what to do for gearing in the tans/x'fer(4.88's in the diff) Needs to go slow on the trail, but also needs to drive to the trail head.
As for me- born and raised in the fdl area, and hoping to keep moving forward with the fj and get it out on some of our ever diminishing trails.
Seems like just after I got the dang thing going, trails have been closing.
