Sequoia 4x4 options/help (ATRAC?) - 1st gen (1 Viewer)

My Lexus GX470 and I went off the road in a snow storm a month ago. Insurance just called totaled it out... Now looking for a larger vehicle in the same family, so I'll be looking for a 1st gen Sequoia (bigger back seats for kids, but same reliable 4.7 V8)

Are there 4x4 options I want or should look for in a Sequoia? (or all sequoia 4x4 is the same)
Do they have ATRAC like the GX?
If it has a transfer case knob in the center console does that mean it has 4x4? (are there any Sequoias with a push button 4x4 function?)

'05-'07 is push button and in addition to that, you also get a center diff lock switch that works in both high and low range (like the 7 pin mod on the 80 series), a 5 speed automatic, and roughly 50 more hp than the '01-'04.
