wow i actually got some work done this weekend, just fitted new drivers seat still have to do the passenger seat but i thought i would post a bit of info if anybody is thinking of an upgrade.
seats are out of a 1988 honda prelude cost $100 AU for the pair the drivers even has lumbar support, they even flip forward not mutch use to me in a 45 ute but will work in a 40.
not too hard to fit as the rails are close to the original width onlt tricky one was the left rear mount. i used some 40mm wide by 6mm thick flat bar, photos are preaty self explanatory of how i went about it, only problem is now the steering wheel is to low so i have to raise that later (couldnt make seat lower as this is right hand drive with fuel tank under seat)
