For Sale Scout Ralleye

I have a friend in CA wanting to sell his Scout. He's got about $12K into it and is looking to recoup some of that. He's got too many projects. Looks pretty original and is reported to be solid and not rusty. I don't know much about Scouts but I think it's mid 70's.
