That thing looks fantastic as usual.

I have one getting prepped now for shipment if you are ready now. 😬

I think I need to start playing the lottery so I can place my order!

I’m headed out tomorrow for 6 days to go on a trip. I am supposed to get a BiG OL BenO box this afternooon and I’ll be able to button this project up as soon as I return.

A wash jar showed up. City Racer sells the replacement motor. I had to rob some ducting tube from another truck. You have to pull the whole air cleaner out to get the jar in.

This truck has a washable OEM filter that I cleaned nicely.

Looking good! Safe travels my friend!🍻

Rested. Recharged. Ready to finish this one and deliver it to Brendan.

The first thing on the list is to plug in all of these spanking new OEM parts via @OGBeno to rebuild the rear brakes and hubs from the ground up.

Chop-chop.

Because all I know how to do is throw parts at stuff that doesn’t work, I ordered a new sending unit
IMG_0714.webp

I Ohmmed the new one and got the numbers …was like 105 empty and 40 full.

I checked the plug at the old unit and tank is full but it was sending 30.

Plugged in the new one out of the tank and the gauge worked.

I wiggled the new one in place but you can’t get the plug out of the inspection area to the front without lowering the tank. Instead I just lengthened the harness and went out of the back and around the top drivers side of the tank. Cowboy helped.

Now it works. Stoked.

I popped the rack off and gave the top a good polish and wax.

The truck is remarkably straight and the original paint on everything but the bed polished up very nicely.
