Special thanks to @Broski and Patty, @sogncab and TinyToyota, @DangerNoodle, Sue, and Aliyah, and Shay for making sure I never rolled alone (or off a cliff).
Casey we really enjoyed meeting you and Dan.
It was great trail riding with you guys and Friday was super special. 🤫

@sogncab ’s raffle prize has found a temporary home on top of an antique hutch alongside some pictures of the kids and Karen’s embroidery work.

Hello everyone,

I just want to say thank you to every one of you. Last week was the best SAS so far. We had zero complaints that weren't due to other guests just being jealous of the fun you were all having. I greatly appreciate you all making it easy on my staff this year. We are greatly anticipating another great year next year.

I especially appreciate you all taking good care of Jeff Marchio and his staff. You all kept him busy and making the great food he loves to make.

If you all have a few minutes and don't mind we would appreciate you leaving reviews for the campground. It helps me to show the corporate office that you the guests appreciate what we are doing here. It also allows us to show the corporate leadership that these types of events are a huge benefit to us as a campground and to the groups we can reach and provide an awesome place to meet.

To those of you I didn't get to meet and shake hands with, make sure to yell at me at SAS9.

You all picked a good week, Black Bear and Imogene are currently closed due to the mudslides from the rain we have had the last few days.

Cheers
posted to google - Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The shadows really make the terrain pop!
We were winding down for the night - heck Karen was already passed out on the couch - so I only had a couple of lamps on. It does enhance the effect though haha.

I also noticed that one of @HemiAlex 's Yota Filters coasters is just visible on the right side of the frame. Go see Alex about your Yota coffee mug needs.

I made it home without issue and am really looking forward to going back next year. I appreciate everyone who had a hand in organizing and sponsored the event, I had a lot of fun but by rear end is still recovering from all the seat time.

I met a lot folks some I knew and made a lot of new friends who’s names I cannot remember all of but I hope you know who you are.

I did trash a tie rod end and broke my welded sway bar, nothing that couldn’t be resolved easily

It was cool to see this many 45s in spot.

I ran into this SWB 45 going over Black Bear as well. Pretty cool stock 45, wish had a chance to get a picture together but the groups were moving pretty quickly. The driver is on Mud but wasn’t part of the SAS group.

I ran up Imogene with Bruno in his stock 45. He made it look easy. I felt like I went back in time following his 45 up the trail.

Thanks to everyone that made this fun.
I was in the group with the SWB 45... No power steering or brakes and a 3 on the tree, but it does have an Orion 4:1 tcase.

It was a great time! Glad we got to hang out, it was a ton of fun. You and Dan are great.

Round trip for Maureen & I was 1990 miles. Had a little help from my friends & I ‘’allowed’😁 Kevin to break in his winch.🙈🙈🙈

Is that Black Bear ?
Yes, Black Bear. Totally my fault. I always know ‘a better line’…except when I don’t.🤔

Mike in his green 40 was in the same spot and needed assistance.

Eastbound and down, loaded up and truckin'

We're chasing the backside of a storm so the OAT isn't too bad.

Just the Tiny Toyota and the camper trailer on the goose. Drove the 40 up to Proffitts for paint work. I'm forty-less, and that makes me sad. I'll be bombing around in the hateful eight-ty until it's back.

Just needed a little expert spotting. Didn’t even need @2fpower to winch me, even though he offered to. 😉
