I thought I would introduce myself... so I've been lurking for a while, bought my 1982 FJ60 with less than 150k on the ticker, just building knowledge, my rig for the last 8 years before this was a '87 samurai, I rebuilt the xmission tcase, diffs and engine on it, but now that I have four kids (single handedly seeing to the future of fourwheeling / real republican movement here in southern oregon) figgered it was time to get a , heavier rig :)

this is a really different community, a bunch of cool nice people, who dont care about stupid questions, I spent most of my time on pirate, but I hardly check there now, most of those guys seem like they are too busy stroking their egos, and not much time on tech or helping anyone else out, I guess thats the mentality of most j**pers :)

anyway, I'm glad that I bought the white whale, and I'm glad I found this board... good people helping out...

a preemptive thanks to all of you!

Jason

What are your plans? What have you done so far? What places you goin' to haul the family to? Southern Oregon is beautiful.
