Here is "Kanthaka the Taco"

Been building up my 2007 Taco a bit. Went back and forth for the last two years about selling the Tacoma and getting another Landcruiser (like an 80 or 100 series) and building that as my DD and family Wheeler. After much deliberation, I realized the Tacoma is the perfect rig for me. Specifically, I am a photographer and the Landcruisers simply don't have the carrying capacity of the Tacoma. All in all, I'm building this for long road/off-road trips, light wheeling with the kids, and my 'photography' truck.

This whole thing started with a broken leaf spring from overloading the truck with photography gear. Then I fell down the slippery slope of truck building bliss!! LOL

what's wrong with Slee Sliders?

found them used here in Western NY (for a steal)...just threw a new coat of paint on them...and some new hardware...looks new.

Agreed. Wally, Kina, You...all amazing fabricators. However, being here in western NY has created a proximity/time issue. TWO kids now, insane career track that has me on the road non stop...makes it very hard to get back East for fab work.

HOWEVER, my proximity issue is changing soon. (more on that later)
