Rusty pipes Tranny

When under the 80 above the pass side frame, near the cats, there is 2 metal lines (I think they are tranny lines). They are well rusted. I hope its just surface rust.
Any one replace them?
Do you have to drop the tranny to replace them?

Sounds like it could also be the lines running to the rear heater.

I think Phil's right. Those aren't tranny lines.
