Rustoleum or other top coats over Zero Rust

Will Zero Rust take a top coat easily? I am preparing my tub floor with metal prep and getting ready to coat with two or three coats of Zero Rust. Can I top coat when done with Rustoleum spray in liner? Should it be applied when the Zero rust is till tacky to make sure it adheres?

dont know about spray in liner ,but i do know for fact it does not work with cromo base paints. i would wait until its completely dry scuff with 80 grit lightly clean and try it in a aera like under the seat

I painted the winch with zero rust as a primer then flat black rustoleum top coat. Holding up well so far.
