Rust repair in Southern NH or Northern MA

I have a 2001 LC that my wife would like to keep for a few more years. Problem is fairly rusty underneath. I was thinking I would need to sandblast and then use a product like rust bullet? Does that make sense? I have never done this before. In addition my lack of experience and time makes me wonder whether there are any legit people in my area that would perform this work. I cant sandblast in my garage or driveway, would not be well received by the wife and I cant imagine doing it without a lift. Any thoughts are appreciated.

AN SSPC-SP6 Commerical Blast is really needed to remove rust from steel. Sometimes a wire wheel will mostly-work, but you definitely don't remove all of the rust. Can you supply pictures of the underneath of your truck?
