I must admit, I thought was included in the El Do DEIS...


Comments are being accepted through November 26, 2007. A public hearing on the DEIR will be held on October 25, 2007.

This is different than Route Designation. This is for the over all master plan of the area. While very important it is a different animal in my opionion.

DEIR's are more detailed than DEIS's . With out reading the DEIR I bet it takes into account the economic impact of the area and how the trail is used.
