Rubber or plastic plug for extra hole in dash

Does anyone know if you can still get the rubber or plastic plug for the extra holes in the dash of a 78 FJ40/45? If so, do you know the part number? My local Toyota dealer hasn't been able to figure it out.

The hole is "D" shaped.

Yeah, you can still get them, I got one for my 82. Not all of the flavors are available, but some are:

55301R PLUG, HOLE (FOR INSTRUMENT PANEL)
90950-01155 BJ4*, HJ47; ID=25.0 1
90950-01156 BJ4*, HJ47..RHD; ID=20.0 1 $6.21
90950-01156 BJ4*, HJ47; ID=20.0 1 $6.21
90950-01225 BJ4*, HJ47; ID=23.0 1
90950-01329 BJ4*, HJ47, FJ4*; ID=13.5 2 $5.28
90950-01330 BJ4*, HJ47, FJ4*; ID=11.5 3

You can use toyotapartscenter.net to check for which are still "good".
 
I plug the holes in my dash with some cheapees from Lowes- .35 each. Found them in the hardward section in the specialty draws.
