Has anyone figured out a material that will conform to the curves of the roof of FJ-40s? I'm looking to put something up there that isn't going to cost what a spare 36" IROC would. I just want people not to think there going to catch something riding in my Cruiser.

Thanks-

A buddy of mine put acoustic foam up in the headliner of his 40. The foam is open celled and is a series of rows of pyramid shapes. It works really well for sound deadening but isn't the smoothest look. I glued in closed cell foam sleeping pads in the ceiling of my 40 then covered them with gray auto carpet. It looked nice and worked out well, plus it added soem insulation.

Just a couple ideas

Good Luck

Josh
