Rocker and rear quarter patch panels

My hzj73 has only 74000km's on the clock and runs like a top. it has rust issues from sitting outside- only in the lower rockers and lower rear quarters. Its an easy fix at this point before the cancer spreads. I think the outer rocker is available but does anyone make patch panels for the lower rear quarter? How about eh inner rocker?

I think there are a few that may have OEM and/or aftermarket solutions here in the US.

However, I'm not sure it makes sense to ship it back to Japan?
