I am having a tough time finding affordable rims for the 33's I recently purchased. I'm wondering if I can make these work with spacers:

Wheel, Modular, Steel, White, 16 in. x 8 in., 6 x 5.5 in. Bolt Circle, 4.25 in. Backspace, Each

Any thoughts, anyone?

Do some research on 60 wheel back spacing....4.25 sounds odd for cruisers.

Reason I say this is you don't want a wheel that will rub the tye rod ends or on your brake parts while rolling.

Man I am stumped. I have searched every thread, looked at every website and emailed just about everyone else. It seems a 16 x 8 rim with a 3.5 backspacing is rare indeed. What to do: 1) resell the tires ?(don't want to, I like 'em)
2) find a 16 x 8 with longer back spacing and use a spacer--this gets expensive at $85.00 a pair?
3) run a longer backspacing and risk occaisionaly rubbing on the trail?

others? I'm out of options. Just got another email telling me "sorry we don't make those".
