I am scrapping out my '95 4R for parts that transfer to my '89 pickup. The rig is originally from Pennsylvania, and the rusty bolts prove it. I have a bumper I built (2021, I think) that would be cool if some one could make use of it. It's overbuilt for steel thickness, but has held up well. Powder coated black. Extra swing out bearings kicking around somewhere. NO SHIPPING. Bring your tools to remove and take it, or it ends up in the junkyard in a couple of months.
