Resetting Shower Screw

I had to remove the shower door. Of course the very last screw broke off. Too small for the easy out so I drilled it out. What can I use to fill the hole, then drill it again to put in a new screw. It's into tile but I can't tell exactly what is behind it. It's pretty old construction, maybe 1950's vintage, but just a guess.

use a plastic anchor in that hole. it will work alright in one hole.
