Does anybody knows how Many miles can I drive with the reserve fuel tank on a 1999 Lexus LX470 or 100's series Land Cruiser?

All I can add, is it doesn't go very far on a full tank so I would just say that it hopefully gets you to the nearest gas station. By reserve tank, you mean after the light comes on how many miles do you get?
In my 2000 470 when the light comes on i have 5 gallons left!
Typically the low fuel light comes on when "X" % of fuel is left, that % will vary depending on the size of the fuel tank, but the 100 series has a 25gal tank, and my low fuel light comes on at 5gal left.
I average 14.5mpg, so I should be able to go 72.5 miles. Emphasis on should.

I have driven 50 miles with the low fuel warning light on out in the middle of Wyoming waiting for a gas station
and getting really stressed. Finally got to a station and it would only take 22.5 gallons!

Oh man been there before, road trips are scary, esp when you go into the country side. Mine was at night driving through a remote stretch of highway where there's nothing but trees. Nearly crapped my pants and when i saw the gas station, i was running on fumes.
I can confirm 5 gallons as well. I had the low fuel light come on at 4am in the middle of Oregon while transporting the family. We can't pump our own gas here so even though I found a few gas stations I couldn't buy gas! Once I finally found an open station my fill up was "only" 21.293 gallons.
