Ok,
When I first bought my 1980 BJ40 I went ahead and bought the replacement window crank handles from CCOT. As things have progressed some in my build I had the replacement cranks put on about 6 months ago. Last night the drivers side one just broke off in my hand. :bang::bang: As I look at it it is just two pieces of molded plastic that clip together. As I think back to when I was growing up I remember such handles being more sturdy, i.e., having some metal in them. Now I have tried to be good about using Toyota stuff to upgrade items that wear out in my rig but if Toyota window cranks are all made like this then somebody please direct me to where I can get something more sturdy.
Thanks
