Hi folks, I have a newish steel roof rack that got a small chip in the powdercoat that's now rusting fast. I'm debating whether to sand/scrape out the rust, or to hit it with rust converter (that's one thing I could use advice on) but then how would plastidip spray look against the rest of the powdercoat? Surely someone has done this before. And how does it hold up? Do I need to use a primer if I take the rust down to bare metal?
