No experience with that site but I was pointed to this by another Mudd member. I haven't purchased from FactoryManual.net but I intend to. If you preview the manuals they appear to be genuine Toyota FSM.

To close the loop: I bought TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 200 2014 - 2021 SERVICE MANUAL - https://epcdepo.com/land-cruiser-200-urj200-vdj200-grj200-service.html and it is the original shop manual in electronic form from Toyota. It consists of a bunch of HTML, image, JavaScript files and more (a total of 140K files (3GB) of content). It was coded targeting the obsolete Internet Explorer, but the Microsoft Edge browser has an Internet Explorer compatibility mode.
