Hi,

So the nimrod that had my truck before me obviously cracked his old pass door glass and put in a plexiglass piece he cut.

I now have a new piece of glass but need help with the removal of the old plexiglass. its the same size if not smaller as the factory glass.

i have the plexiglass detached from the regulator channel (2 bolts) and unbolted the glass run on the right hand side of the door (one bolt) (looking at inside of door).

i also removed the metal and felt strip that runs around the entire door that was previously pushed in (? is it called weather strip)

but i still cant get it out. tired to rotate it too. no dice.

any ideas?

do i have to remove the ENTIRE regulator mechanism?

thanks!

The peice you unbolted that is attached to the bottom of the glass has to come off. It's glued on so it is usually a bitch.
