Removing glued down carpet pad

On one of those shows in Velocity TV I saw this neat drill head made out of rubber that was great for scrubbing glued down carpet padding off. But now I can't find it. What are people using. I have glued down foam all over the back of my FJ40 that I'm struggling to get up so I can put bed liner down.
