I put a new slee harness in last night--was ready for the lightforce to work again--but nothing. So the harness is connected to power which reads 12.65 measured at the positive terminal in the harness block. The ground is good as I sanded it down to bare metal. The yellow turn on lead reads .65 for to switch on the lightforce. The positive terminal reads 12.65. The purple reads .65. The blue wire that goes the lightforce reads 0--this is the problem so I assume the relay is a dud? Ofcourse if I jump the blue wire directly the battery the lights work. How do I test the relay?

Yellow= switced connection( measures at .65) but I jumped to hot for a test (no joy)
Red= fused power( measures 12.65)
Black= ground (measures 12.65 from battery positive)
Blue= hot wire leading to pig tails running lightforce 240. (blue has no power)
purple= leads to optional harness for head lights--I don't use this option
