It seems my plans for getting a VASS Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme certificate which I need to get a RWC roadworthy certificate to Register for road use , may be difficult in Victoria.
Unfortunately each state in Oz kind of runs a different system. And Oz loves bureaucratic red tape.
Does anyone know of a VASS engineer in Victoria who would certify a landcruiser built from 3 different vehicles?
I noticed Duncan kept the body plates matching the chassis he got separately. This may be the way around it in Victoria?
Always amazed what builds are allowed in the U.S or West Australia for that matter.
