Hello everyone

I was in the process of purchasing the ARB RD92 locker from USA (Cheaper than if I bought it from UAE... Can you believe that! :flipoff2: ).. But the guy that was selling told me the RD92 aren't available in USA because ARB is redesigning them.

So I could use some confirmation ;)

I just had an RD 92 installed in my truck 3 weeks ago. We had to wait 4 weeks to do the install while the locker was shipped from down under. They shipped a total of six and four were already spoken for when we placed the order.

No mention of any redesign. Just that, ARB North America doesn't stock many of these. Now I'm wondering, did I get and old or new one. I'd like to hear more of what you find out from ARB.

As an aside,

El_3grab, I was in your part of the world in January and got to cruise some sand dunes while I was there. Man you have a lot of sand in your country. I was very suprised at what a cruiser can do. Scary feeling sliding sideways down a 40 foot dune. You should post some pictures of the fun you guys have over there.

"This isnot true. We are currently out of stock on the RD92 but have more arriving at the beginning of April. If you order from a dealer we should be able to ship the RD92 then.

Thanks for the follow up. Glad to know I didn't buy before a re-design came out.

Yes, I had a great time in the UAE. Spent most of our time in Abu Dhabi but got to visit Dubai and Al Ein.

Videos would be great. I didn't see any dune buggys, but I saw alot of folks driving cruisers in the dunes, as if they were in a buggy. Fearless!! I expected to roll over on a number of occasions. Get some pictures on the board to show everyone what you guys do for fun.
