I want to begin a conversation here about how we can get a Colorado registration/ plate for recreational vehicles into reality. It would apply to vehicles that are driven less than a certain amount per year, and are a 2nd vehicle used for recreational / utility purposes, say less than 2000 miles a year or something, and would additionally be emissions exempt due to an extremely minimal environmental impact.
