Southern Style Offroad (SSO) is in BR and specializes in Toyota / Lexus. Keep in mind, they are running with limited staff right now due to Hurricane Ida but that is where you want to take it.
You can call Jeremy with Voodoo Garage in Metairie. They don't specifically specialize in land cruisers, but I trust him and have had him work on my truck in the past. Suspension and armor would not be a problem, and last time I was there he had my 200, a 100, a 80, and his 40 in the shop.
